Execution Pipeline Flow

  1. 1Invoices received via email attachment trigger the n8n ingestion workflow.
  2. 2Document is processed by AWS Textract/Vision models to extract vendor data and line items.
  3. 3Python logic matches invoice numbers against pending purchase orders in the database.
  4. 4Matched balances are committed to QuickBooks API, and an audit report is generated.
